Not at all! One of my worst days racing in the last five years.

You are very good on the bike. Is the pretty flat course in Copenhagen yours?
I sure hope to have a good ride but there is a lot of strong cyclists in the race with me.

What kind of bike do you ride in Copenhagen and what kind of wheels do you have on the bike?
I am riding the wilier Crono and will have Zipp Powertap disc and Zipp 1080 on the front.

When can we meet you in Copenhagen ? Have you been there before?

In the water could be a lot of jelly fish. Have you any experience with this already?
Coming from australia there is a lot more dangerous things than jelly fish in the water.

You run often in the race with a drinking belt. What kind of things do you take with you?
If I told you I would have to kill you ;) No, really there is some water, redbull and gel

And you wear sweatbands on the wrists? A souvenir from the 80s or is there anything behind?
I keep them wet with ice for cooling.
